Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@beautiqn.com or message us in Whatsapp 054-531-4192. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition. Customer hygiene and safety is paramount, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used goods, unacceptable condition of packagings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We are more than happy to cover the cost to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
-If we sent you the wrong item
-If the item is damaged
We will not cover postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will be based on your mode of payment;
For Cash on Delivery purchases, we will transfer the amount you paid via bank transfer.
For credit card purchases, refunds will be done through the original mode of payment.

Unfortunately, we have a no REFUND POLICY on orders/items that has been opened and damaged by the recipient.
Cancellations
We discourage cancellation of orders since we value your time. In any way that you deem that you needed to cancel your order, kindly send us a message via whatsapp at 054 531 4192, or email us at info@beautiqn.com
For Cash on Delivery, no refunds needed for cancelled orders.
For credit card, please allow us up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
For Tabby payment, please allow us up to 10-21 working days for the refund transfer to be completed. Click here for a complete information.
